MICHAEL VEIT

Managing Partner

Michael Veit is a specialist in business development and financing working for many years as a strategic consultant manly in the utilities, food and TIME sectors.

Michael started his career in restructuring at the private equity firm Orlando Management and worked then as a consultant for goetzpartners, Greenwich Consulting und C1 CONEXUS.

He studied at the Catholic University of Eichstätt, the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration in Kuala Lumpur and got his Master of Science degree from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Michael is currently writing his PhD thesis at the chair of business science for engineers of Prof. Dr. Malte Brettel at the RWTH Aachen.

MARTIN SCHWAGER

Managing Partner

Martin Schwager offers long-term experience in the field of strategic and technological business development as well as restructuring. Through extensive project work, he possesses profound knowledge in the sectors automotive suppliers, retail, utilities and TIME.

Amongst others Martin worked as a consultant for Capgemini, goetzpartners and Greenwich Consulting.

He did his Bachelor in commercial information technology at the University of Cooperative Education in Mosbach and got his Master of Science degree at the University of Glamorgan.
